The Role

As our Marketing & Community Manager, you'll own our brand voice and community engagement while keeping our office humming. This multifaceted role focuses on:

Marketing & Social Media (60%)

• Creating and executing our social media strategy across all platforms

• Managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns

• Managing our brand presence and voice

• Developing engaging content that resonates with our audience

• Building and nurturing our ambassador and influencer programs

• Handling PR and media relationships

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns with our creative director

• Analyzing social media and website metrics and adapting strategies accordingly

Community & Office Management (40%)

• Organizing company events and team activities

• Managing office operations and company representation

• Being the go-to person for internal communications

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

• Coordinating with external partners and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience in social media marketing and community management

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms

• Exceptional content creation skills

• Fluency in English and Swedish (German and other languages are a plus)

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting

• Event planning and execution capabilities

• Natural networking abilities
